1.       Welcome 

Dr. Dinesh Pokharel has hosted the meeting and welcomed all the participants. The meeting has started with the brief update about COVID-19 and Vaccine progress. 

 

2.       Website Update 

The official website of SNCC has been fully operated and functional. The IT committee will work to add a spouse’s name and direct deposit of collected PayPal funds to the bank account. Mr. Suman Shrestha, Mr. Mahendra Bhandari, and Mr. Saroj Bardewa will further discuss the fund transfer to the Bank account. 

 

It has also been resolved that any feedback and recommendation regarding the website will be collected and considered by the IT committee to move forward. The IT committee will update the website to make transparent and visible of the all current members of SNCC to all other members.  

3.         Formation of Information Technology (IT) and Communication Committee 

The meeting has resolved that an Information Technology (IT) and Communication Committee has been formed with the following members under the direct supervision of Mr. Saroj Bardewa.

The existing committee will be able to add more members on this committee as needed. 

 

4.    Formation of Registration and Membership Drive Committee 
The meeting has resolved that a Registration and Membership Drive Committee has constituted with the minimum representation from each region. At least one person will lead in each region and will be responsible to form a small regional committee. The number of members in each regional committee may vary as needed. Following persons will be responsible to lead and form a regional registration and membership committees in their respective regions:

5.    Formation of Youth and Sport Committee 

The meeting has resolved that a Youth and Sport Committee has been constituted with the following members under the direct supervision of Mr. Dinesh Pokharel. More members will be added as needed.

6.    Next Meeting and Agenda 

Mr. Dinesh Pokharel will update the action plan forwarded by Mr. Deepak Maskey. Next meeting will be held on September 6, 2020 at 10:00 am via Zoom. Mr. Uddhav Raj Giri will host the next meeting.
