Monthly SNCC Meeting- 05/23/2021

Attendees: Uddhav Giri, Deepak Maskey, Surendra Adhikari, Dinesh Pokharel, Dilli Paudel, Mahendra Bhandari, Ayodhya P, Suman Shrestha, 

Agendas Discussed: 
 
  • Approval of previous meeting minutes: Decided if there are no comments within a week, the agendas discussed are assumed to be approved automatically. Consequently, the previous meeting minutes approved by the above decree.
  • COVID: The pandemic is subsidizing in the United States, however, this it has hit Nepal hard. How can we get involved as a community?
-          To collect funds in collaboration with SNLC/NAFCA to donate to ANMF.
-          Ayodhya P to lead with collaborating with NAFCA
-          Dinesh P to lead with collaborating with SNLC
-          Uddhav Giri to explore and set up a GoFundMe account.
-          All involved above to provide status on our messenger Ad Hoc group as time is of utmost essence.
  • Tax:  Mahendra ji to follow up and get the tax issues sorted out for 2020 Tax year.
  • New Bank Account: SNCC President Uddhav Giri, Secretary Suman Shrestha and Tresurer Mahendra Bhandari  to open a Bank Account with local Bank of America 
  • Remaining agenda items to be discussed in the next monthly SNCC meeting
  • Next SNCC meeting: Date/Moderator not declared.
